ICEF Performing Arts Production of "Matilda" is 1 hour and 30 minutes without an intermission. Award Winning ICEF Performing Arts Presents "Matilda". Performing Arts Scholars hailing from all seven of our schools are delighted to present our production of Roald Dahl's beloved classic "Matilda". ICEF Performing Arts has been celebrated by the state of California as an Exemplary Arts Program and a Distinguished Education Program. Cast includes A Noise Within "The Show Must Go On" Monologue Competition winners Myracle Moore as Miss Honey and Ty Dooley as Miss Trunchbull. ICEF, which stands for Inner City Education Foundation, operates 7 schools, educating over 2,500 students in grades TK through 12. ICEF was one of the first charter school management organizations in Los Angeles and has become a leader in raising to competitive levels the achievement of Black and Latinx/e students in the state of California. Our goal is that each scholar is fit not only to attend, compete, and graduate from a top college or university, but also to effect change as leaders within the communities they will live and serve. ICEF Performing Arts scholars have gone on to study and train at NYU, UCLA, USC, UC Berkeley, Morehouse, Howard, CSU Dominguez, Northridge, Long Beach and other top tier programs across the country. ICEF Performing Arts alumni continue to break into the entertainment industry and grace the stage, screen and recording arts industry.
